Bendigo and Adelaide Bank is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Officer to join our team in Warrandyte. As the face of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Helping customers with transactions and educating them on our online platforms and tools
  • Recommending bank products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
  • An ability to confidently communicate with customers face-to-face and over the telephone
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
