Business Systems Support Specialist

This role provides technical support for our corporate business systems, including resolving issues and recommending improvements. You will also assist our technical support team in responding to enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support for our corporate business systems, analysing problems and identifying solutions.
- Liaise with teams across the organisation to ensure resolution of issues and meet requirements.
- Recommend improvements to our corporate business systems and implement small projects to test these recommendations.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
