Job Title: IT Systems Support Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing high-level analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP HR/Payroll solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyse and solve complex business issues related to payroll production by formulating, documenting, and implementing work procedures and configuration guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Government.
  • Provide high-level written and verbal communication skills to consult and negotiate with stakeholders on complex business requirements.
  • Support and maintain large-scale SAP HR/Payroll solutions, preferably SAP ECC6.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated experience in SAP HR/Payroll solutions, preferably SAP ECC6.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in Organisational Management, Payroll, HR to Fi/Co integration, Time Management, Personnel Administration, CATS, and ESS/MSS.
  • Relevant qualification well regarded.
