Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team. This role offers flexible working arrangements with occasional work outside of standard hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for custodianship of assigned enterprise Business Systems, leadership amongst junior staff and in projects, and collaboration with IT staff to provide quality service to end users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Custodianship of assigned enterprise Business Systems (includes Operational Technologies)
  • Leadership amongst junior staff and in projects
  • Capture and document requirements from stakeholders
  • Designing solutions catering to the needs of the business
  • Collaboration with all IT staff to provide a quality service to end users
  • Identify and implement improvements and innovations within the enterprise

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, preferably 5+ years, as well as critical thinking, customer focus, and solutions to complex problems.

You will also need excellent communication skills and relationship building abilities to manage customers, vendors, and business stakeholders.

A degree in IT or relevant qualifications, such as ITIL certification, would be an advantage.

  • IT tertiary qualifications
  • Experience with Trimble TruckMate or AMS, Ironbark, Payroll, and other Business Systems
  • Industry experience in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain, Vehicle maintenance, and Previous employment in an organisation of 400+ IT users
