System Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our systems, including Oracle B2C Service (CRM), Oracle Marketing (Eloqua), Career Hub and Student Portal. This will involve troubleshooting issues, resolving problems and implementing solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance to systems
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems
  • Implement solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve business processes
  • Contribute to a high-functioning team in the delivery of system and process solutions and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree combined with experience in providing client support for a CRM or similar system
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to deliver solutions using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML development, with experience using various system APIs and MVC frameworks
