Job Title: Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services and support to ensure the smooth operation of enterprise systems within Queensland Health.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-level technical expertise to design, implement, and maintain solutions to IT system issues.
  • Ensure effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management, and continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs and develop solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skills in the analysis of IT system issues and the formulation, design, and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
