The Role
We are seeking a skilled account executive to manage a significant portfolio of mixed corporate clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Describing insurable risks to clients and designing tailored insurance solutions
- Negotiating and managing the best deals in the global insurance market
- Managing relationships with underwriting partners
- Overseeing budget, sales plans, and debtors
- Mentoring junior employees and driving new business development
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to mid-to-large corporate accounts. Required skills include:
- Sales orientation and ability to build a long-term pipeline
- Strong account management experience in general commercial insurance
- A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Compensation and Benefits
This role comes with a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
