At IAG, we're looking for a skilled professional to join our Fraud and Investigations team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our fraud risk management capabilities and maturity across the Australian insurance business.

You'll be responsible for partnering with various stakeholders within IAG's direct and intermediated insurance businesses to identify opportunities for Fraud and Investigations to deliver greater value across the customer journey and insurance value chain.

To succeed in this challenging role, you'll need a strong understanding of fraud management or risk management principles and processes, along with proven experience interacting with senior stakeholders.

This is a full-time permanent position open to candidates in all major cities in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne preferred). We offer flexible work arrangements, including working from home and office-based roles.

About You:

  • Experience working in fraud management or risk management in a complex corporate environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including senior leaders, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and link strategic goals with operational decisions
  • Capability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
  • Understanding of fraud and corruption risks relevant to the general insurance industry
  • Ability to design effective controls in relation to current and emerging risks

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and experience.
