Overview

We are seeking a senior delivery leader to drive a major HR Payroll transformation program using Oracle ERP. This is a strategic, leadership-focused role, guiding the program through configuration, change adoption, and complex decision-making, not technical build.

What you'll do
  • Lead the HR Payroll transformation program from a delivery and change adoption perspective
  • Guide people leaders and stakeholders through complex organisational and interpersonal challenges
  • Provide fresh, forward-thinking solutions that challenge traditional approaches
  • Ensure program objectives align with broader business goals
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience leading large-scale HR Payroll transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP HR & Payroll modules at a configuration level
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing complex delivery programs and driving change adoption
  • A strategic thinker who can challenge conventional approaches and inspire teams
