Business Transformation Analyst Role

We are seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and service design.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of key HR systems and processes as part of a multi-year Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR business analysis and service transformation, with strong skills in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and business process mapping.

  • Lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and service design
  • Support solution design and implementation across SuccessFactors modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and implementation partners
Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years' experience in HR business analysis and service transformation
  • SuccessFactors implementation experience across key HR modules
  • Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and business process mapping
  • Public sector experience and ability to operate in complex, evolving environments
