About the Role

This leadership position plays a vital role in guiding and developing a dedicated team of professionals.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Onboard, lead, coach, and develop a skilled team of recruitment experts.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment solutions and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strong alliances and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Proactively manage client relationships and continually improve service delivery.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A background in Technology Recruitment.
  • Previous experience as a leader or mentor to teams and less experienced staff.
  • The ability to set goals and motivate others to achieve them.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience with sourcing tools and CRM systems.
  • A strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills to lead and support team success.
  • Experience in consulting areas of digital transformation, cloud, data, or technologies.
