The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning, urban design and transport, providing services from site assessment and due diligence through to construction completion.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit for Engineering & Design, with a focus on filling roles quickly without compromising quality.
  • Source and attract top-tier talent using a strategic, proactive approach.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and role requirements in a fast-paced environment, scaling to national scope.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment within Engineering & Design.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment from job profiling to onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
