**Your Role**

As the Team Lead of our newly created Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment efforts, drawing on your successful internal talent acquisition experience. This position represents the culmination of your expertise, offering a senior position within our team.

You will help mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists, serving as the escalation point on a day-to-day basis and assisting in managing the implementation of consistent recruitment processes through strong team collaboration. While not a management role, this position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement, while still managing a recruitment portfolio.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate-level roles, ensuring a seamless process from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Your responsibilities will extend to inspiring a culture of creativity, innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Your expertise will be critical in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential, as you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring team members to excel. You must demonstrate the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent and meet organisational needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

You will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
