Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment within Engineering & Design.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment from job profiling to onboarding
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
