**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to join our Executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our healthcare recruitment teams through a period of expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work alongside the Executive team to drive business growth and develop strategic plans
  • Lead a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team
  • Maintain a high level of self-awareness and lead with empathy and collaboration

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience at a Director or GM level within a Recruitment Agency or relevant sales business
  • Experience leading multiple teams and detailed P&L
  • Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
