Operational Excellence Specialist

The Process Transformation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business evolution and operational excellence within the organisation.
As a member of the Operational Excellence team, this individual will lead strategic projects to diagnose, evaluate and implement solutions that enhance customer and employee experience.
Key responsibilities include project delivery, stakeholder management, process transformation and strategic programme support.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Lead strategic projects to deliver measurable benefits for customers and employees.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage cross-functional teams, sponsors and partners to uplift process capability and maturity.
- Process Transformation: Conduct data analysis, identify root causes of poor performance and design solutions to improve processes.
- Strategic Programme Support: Provide advice on product and process development initiatives to ensure customer-centricity.
- Formal certification in process improvement and transformation (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading multiple complex transformation initiatives is essential.
- A flexible work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
