Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

Join us to apply for a dynamic role in Operational Excellence. We are seeking an experienced specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional projects.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position focused on delivering measurable improvements across cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with operational teams to lead and support improvement projects, embed LEAN methodologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional business improvement projects to deliver measurable performance outcomes in cost, quality, and safety.
  • Mentor and train team members in LEAN principles, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Coach operations staff and leaders to embed sustainable improvement practices.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with trade qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field, as well as LEAN Manufacturing qualifications and practical understanding of LEAN methodologies.

Proven experience leading business improvement initiatives in an industrial environment is essential. You should have strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
