Operations Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of services that improve people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop team members to enhance productivity and performance
- Maintain and review budget and HR matters with senior management
- Prepare complex reports, executive summaries, briefing notes, and presentations
- Provide administrative and project support services including procurement activities, records management, database maintenance, and recruitment activities
- Lead and inspire a team to improve productivity and overcome challenges while managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
- Identify and drive continuous improvement of processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, including prioritization and meeting deadlines
- High-level attention to detail and excellent customer service experience
- High-level written and oral communication skills, including experience in preparing complex reports, executive summaries, project updates, briefs, and presentations
- Experience in financial processes or willingness to learn
- Proven negotiation, consultation, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders to achieve objectives
