Operational Excellence Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Operations Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our expanding fleet of stores across Australia.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to set up and maintain store facilities, including implementation, design/visual, IT, loss prevention, business development, and staff management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations, business development, and finance teams to coordinate store repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to our teams.
  • Demonstrate a GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Passionate about organization, structure, and process improvement.
