Community Outreach Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver high-quality customer service in all areas of tenancy management and social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize strong tenancy management skills to deliver excellent customer service and manage a portfolio of approximately 150-200 tenancies.
  • Client visits, identifying needs, providing referrals to support services, and supporting clients to sustain their tenancies through education, rent payment plans, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations related to tenancy management.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to improve outcomes for disadvantaged and minority groups.
