Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and fashion-forward Business Development Expert to support our Product team in delivering innovative solutions that enhance how our customers search, discover, and interact with our products.

The ideal candidate will drive experimentation and optimisation initiatives within a critical part of the customer journey, identifying user pain points, defining feature requirements, and improving the product discovery experience to meet both business goals and customer needs.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define product specifications and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, decisions, and updates for clarity and reference.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships to align on product goals, facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation within the customer journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a Business Analyst analysing customer journeys, gathering requirements, and delivering insights to drive product improvements.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) practices and data-driven decision-making methodologies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau) and experience with A/B testing and CRO strategies.
