About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Salesforce development expert to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

We are seeking a skilled developer who can design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions across multiple channels, leveraging their expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Analyst team, developers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives and align with our program's roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using industry-leading technologies.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and source control workflows to ensure seamless deployment processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/ SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards and development best practices, including AI-assisted development tools.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support Service Cloud delivery and contribute to Field Service and Agentforce pilots.
  • Mentor junior developers and help mature the development culture within the team.
  • Participate in incident response and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability.
  • Share knowledge through documentation, training, and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Platform, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven track record delivering and supporting Service Cloud projects, with exposure to Field Service.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, and modern CI/CD tooling.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications highly desirable (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with stakeholders and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with Agile development environments and secure coding practices.
  • A mindset geared towards continuous improvement and leveraging AI to enhance development practices.
