Strategic Account Manager

This role is centered around nurturing strong, long-term partnerships with key clients in the region. As an experienced relationship builder, you will develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, innovation, and value through collaboration.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you will own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of accounts within the southern region. Your primary goal is to deeply understand your customers' business challenges and objectives, and leverage that insight to drive significant value and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, innovation, and value through Miro's platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify and engage new teams or departments within existing accounts to expand Miro's footprint.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to negotiation and close.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer health and adoption of key use cases.
  • Mastery of Miro's platform and solutions to effectively demonstrate value and address customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying Account Management or Account Executive role within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle, including renewals and driving expansion opportunities.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate value with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent discovery, strategic account planning, and value selling skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working with internal teams.
  • Alignment with Miro's Mindsets and a genuine passion for customer success.
