Business Line Manager OBK

The Business Line Manager – OreBody Solutions (OBK) will be responsible for protecting and growing the market share and profitability of the OBK business line in Australia. This role requires strategic planning, product management, customer support, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market and sales strategies for the OBK business line.
  • Manage the overall performance of the OBK business, including profit and loss statements.
  • Conduct territory management plans to optimize market coverage and sales actions.
  • Coach and support employees working with OBK products.
  • Guide the service organization to develop the aftermarket business for capital equipment.
  • Monitor and manage asset investments related to the OBK business.
  • Deliver dominant market share in each segment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience in the mineral exploration business.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in the exploration business in Australia or internationally.
  • Direct sales and product management experience is a plus.
  • Solid technical knowledge of the OBK product offering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and lead change through a large organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and full knowledge of Profit and Loss statements.
