Senior Sales Executive Opportunity

This is a key role in which you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

  • Developing and executing a structured customer engagement strategy to achieve agreed volume/unit targets within allocated territories.
  • Maintaining and enhancing positive working relationships with assigned customers to build trust and loyalty, and maximise the likelihood of winning future business.
  • Identifying and pursuing all new business, product and/or project opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Achieving pricing targets and complying with all pricing policies.
About You

You should have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (desired but not essential).
  • Experience within the construction or related sectors will be an advantage.
  • A self-motivated and outcomes-driven attitude with a proactive approach.
  • A well-developed understanding of effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly effective stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other systems required to do the role effectively.
