Job Title: Strategic Project Coordinator

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Strategic Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with senior managers and across the organization to develop and implement innovative system-wide improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate stakeholder consultation and feedback from technical experts as part of developing infrastructure policies, proposals, and advice.
  • Conduct business as usual activities, including procurement, event management, document management, agendas, minute taking, progress reporting, and recruitment.

  • A self-motivated individual who enjoys building effective working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills and an ability to summarize and prioritize issues, options, and solutions effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience and skill in projects coordination/management and implementation.
  • Experience and exposure to infrastructure, including understanding the challenges and opportunities facing major projects.
  • A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute towards team and organizational success.
