This role is ideal for someone with project coordination, account support or junior account management experience who is eager to grow into a more strategic and client-facing position.

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering standout activations across premiums, merchandise and gifting—primarily within Alcohol and FMCG sectors.

You'll work closely with clients and their agency partners, managing projects from concept through to delivery. This is a hands-on role that blends project management, client service and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Management:

  • Manage promotional merchandise projects—from brief to delivery—ensuring timelines, quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, creative agencies and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, proactively resolving issues and maintaining strong client relationships.

Strategic & Commercial Support:

  • Support client strategies that drive sales and brand impact.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals.
  • Contribute to identifying new product opportunities and ways to improve existing offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform client recommendations and internal planning.
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen by accurately managing client budgets.
  • Drive competitive pricing through effective supplier negotiations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality production.
  • Help manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of project milestones.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in account coordination, project management or junior account management.

Familiarity with sourcing, production timelines and vendor management is a plus.
