
Strategic Business Development Manager

As a key account manager, you will drive commercial growth by strategically managing relationships with high-profile partners.
About the Role- You will be the central point of contact between SA and our partners, ensuring the smooth operation of our standards distribution business.
- This role focuses on building and maintaining complex distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand strategic partnerships to ensure long-term growth and strong collaboration.
- Collaborate with wholesale partners to ideate and drive new business and revenue growth strategies.
- Manage financial and performance reporting processes.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual business review processes for distribution partners.
- Oversee the implementation of distribution and licencing changes for wholesale partners.
- Become an expert in licencing agreements, commercial models, and partner obligations.
- Liaise with internal departments and advocate for distribution partners' interests.
- Collect and share customer insights to enhance product development and market relevance.
- Proven experience in account management roles, preferably with large, complex accounts.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated individual.
- Strong understanding of commercial drivers and finance.
- Experience working with contracts and legal agreements.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
