We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to join our team as a Store/Retail/Counter Manager at Sydney International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

As a Store/Retail/Counter Manager, you will have the opportunity to create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management. You will also be responsible for leading a high-performing team and developing their skills to reach their full potential.
