Key Responsibilities Include:

· Collaborate with the Area Sales Operations Manager (ASOM) to develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving retail sales goals, KPIs, and objectives for assigned counters.

· Assess and analyze sales performance and the effectiveness of Beauty Advisors (BAs) to inform strategic improvements.

· Foster a sales-driven environment focused on achieving profitability and growth.

· Deliver both virtual and on-site training to enhance knowledge of brand products and customer service excellence.

· Identify training needs for the assigned counter, including programs like Estee at Your Service.

· Collaborate with the education team to elevate customer service standards among the team.

· Conduct training sessions on new product launches.

· Work with the education team to manage staff uniform orders.

· Explore opportunities for hosting on-counter or off-counter events to enhance engagement with both artists and consumers, ultimately driving sales.

· Assist the ASOM in planning and executing all events, coordinating with key stakeholders such as Retailers, Airports, Marketing, and the Education team.

· Guide counter managers in effectively leading and managing their teams during events.

· Support the Senior Education Executive (SEE) in the planning and execution of Gift with Purchase (GWP) and Point of Sale Materials (POSM).

· Ensure counter managers are equipped with the necessary tools and training to manage inventory levels effectively.

· Recommend and oversee the inventory of display and merchandising materials.

· Identify slow-moving products or excess stock, developing and executing sell-through plans on the counter.

· Ensure product assortment is tailored to the specific needs of each counter.

Human Resources Responsibilities

· Assist the SEE in recruiting and selecting high-quality management and retail staff to uphold brand excellence.

· Provide ongoing training to empower counter managers to successfully operate their businesses.

· Offer regular constructive feedback to counter managers and BAs regarding their performance.

· Foster strong internal relationships to promote healthy business growth.

· Cultivate a cohesive and collaborative work environment through team-building initiatives and motivation.

· Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
