Job Summary:

Estee Lauder Companies is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty by providing personalized skincare and makeup consultations, demonstrations, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through effective utilization of link selling, consultation, and demonstration techniques.

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and exceeding their expectations.

• Maintain a professional image and adhere to the company's grooming guidelines.

• Develop and maintain product knowledge, including skincare and makeup techniques.

• Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on products, techniques, and sales strategies.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including replenishing and rotating stock.

• Collaborate with colleagues and store management to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.

• Service-oriented attitude with a passion for the retail industry.

• Friendly and conversational demeanor with a strong understanding of luxury skincare.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or travel.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
