We have several opportunities available for Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team at Kirinari Community Services.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide direct support to our customers in their day-to-day living, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic and personal care assistance to our customers
- Assist our customers to access and engage with their community
- Work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnight shifts
- Ability to work shift work, including regular sleepovers and weekends
- Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
- Current Driver's Licence
