Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee and lead our support workers and services in Port Augusta.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to ensure optimal care and support for NDIS participants.
  • Coordinate and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance, supervision, and training as needed.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, quality standards, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with participants, their families, and external stakeholders to address their specific needs and preferences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of support services and implement improvements to enhance participant outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in project coordination, team management, and service delivery within the disability support sector.
  • Thorough knowledge of the NDIS framework, disability rights, and best practices in support service provision.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving capabilities in managing multiple projects and priorities.

Benefits
