Australia and Dubai are our priority markets. We seek a professional, friendly, multi-skilled individual to join us as a Warranty Advisor (fixed term contract) to support our customers who are raising a warranty claim for their vehicle.

You will be guiding customers through the warranty repair process and managing the daily operation of our warranty business together with our workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between customers and workshop team, ensuring clear communication and efficient operations.
  • Act as trusted advisor to customers when managing their outstanding warranty claims.
  • Passion and go-getter attitude to achieve strong customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain and resolve queries.
  • Flexibility to work with new and changing technology platforms.
