Key Position

This role is a key position within the leadership team, requiring an expert in statutory and strategic urban planning to drive growth and staff development through coaching and mentoring.

  • Deliver expert advice on land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, masterplans, PSPs, and approval processes.
  • Apply advanced planning principles and methods to achieve revenue targets and project viability.
  • Support the planning team and staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring project success.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Develop individual staff members and contribute to a safe workplace.
About You
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams, with a proven track record in managing projects.
