About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of our company's strategic direction and plans, focusing on operational excellence and innovation.
  2. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to our customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  3. Systems Engineering: Collaborate with project managers and customers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Research and Development: Lead R&D initiatives to develop innovative products and solutions, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  5. Operational Excellence: Leverage technology to improve business operations, ensuring compliance with quality systems and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Safety, Quality, and Environment: Foster a culture of safety and quality, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and aiming for zero Lost-Time-Injuries (LTIs) and no significant safety incidents.
