Job Description

Zenviron, a leading engineering, procurement, and construction services contractor, is seeking a highly motivated Training and Talent Development Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Advice and Expertise: Provide functional training advice and expertise to personnel across the business unit and/or projects.
  • Training Support Services: Provide training support services directly to internal and external customers.
  • Training Reporting: Prepare training information into reports to meet reporting requirements.
  • Training Process Development: Create, develop, and implement improved training processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training processes and activities comply with relevant legislation and company policy.
  • Training Data Analysis: Capture and analyze qualitative or quantitative training data to identify, research, and address training needs.
  • Program Delivery: Deliver programs and workshops, particularly internal systems training, and assist to coordinate training across the business.
  • Professional Networks: Establish professional networks with training colleagues across industry and professional associations.
  • Talent Management: Work closely with Project/Operations Managers in the identification of internal talent, managing professional development pathways, and accreditation.
  • Mentoring Program: Coordinate and manage the internal mentoring program across the business and projects.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of new employees into the organization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
  • Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • An innovative approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and successful delivery methods.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively.
  • A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence – HR.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
