Project Manager for Customer Success

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our customer success initiatives, driving the effective implementation of customized solutions that deliver value to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer business processes and goals to ensure strong alignment of NICE solutions.
- Manage external customer projects or programs, including scope definition, estimation, planning, and execution.
- Lead geographically diverse teams through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage best practices and improve project management methodologies.
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Experience managing software development life cycles (SDLC), including discovery, design, and development.
- Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, or Data Integration project experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex issues and drive resolutions.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
