Customer Success Strategist

About the Role
The Customer Success Officer supports the Training and Engagement Unit (TEU) in coordinating contracts, understanding training offerings, maintaining IT systems, and participating in the planning and delivery of training services. Key responsibilities include creating opportunities, managing external relationships, and undertaking projects within set timeframes and outcomes.
About You
We are looking for someone with core project management skills and the ability to develop and apply specialist knowledge in the agency's training offering, client requirements, and legislative environment. Sound computer skills, experience with database applications, Excel, and Word, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven customer focus, and engagement skills are essential.

Selection Criteria
The assessment process involves a panel assessment with up to three assessment tasks. A talent pool may be created, and shortlisted candidates will be subject to security and vetting processes.
