As the Director of People Experience and Wellbeing, you will lead a dedicated team in creating a workplace environment that prioritises the holistic wellbeing of our people and an engaging people experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals who focus on creating a positive and supportive work environment that promotes the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of employees.
  • Design and implement an engagement strategy for Partners and employees.
  • Create a dynamic people experience that aligns to the firm's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with the broader People & Development leadership team to lead a culture change program.
  • Stay current with legislation and take a proactive approach to ensure the firm is well-placed for any legislative changes.
  • Enhance the firm's people policies to ensure they are simple, fit for purpose, and in line with the firm's broader strategy and values.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our people strategy alongside the broader People and Development leadership team.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years of experience in people roles within a corporate environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • You have experience in the health, safety and wellbeing landscape and a passion to create an environment where people thrive.
  • You have experience in leading people and working collaboratively.
