Portmans is seeking a Supply Coordinator to support the purchasing and supplier communication process. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and buying or product teams, as well as proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain product lines and stock orders
  • Assist with range development and critical path management
  • Manage shipping schedules and associated administration
  • Liaise with the Product Manager to manage samples
  • Monitor and track key delivery schedules
  • Manage samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handover
  • Support the Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholders
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or relevant field
  • Experience in supply chain coordination or administration
  • Adobe Illustrator skills advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
