Global Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the effective and compliant movement of goods globally. As a Global Supply Chain Manager, you will lead a team and manage third-party providers to ensure on-time delivery and cost-efficiency.

The Role:

  • Manage all imports and exports across multiple regions including Australia, New Zealand, US & Singapore.
  • Develop and implement freight strategies, monitor supplier performance, and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversight of freight cost control, forecasting, and reporting for product margin analysis.
  • Evaluate compliance with customs and regulatory requirements in all regions.
  • Maintain end-to-end shipment visibility and tracking within ERP systems.
  • Lead and develop a team including a Shipping Specialist and Coordinator.
  • Promote process improvements and cost-efficiencies through container optimisation.
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders across production, distribution, and warehouse teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in freight, logistics, or global shipping management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customs/import laws and international shipping regulations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with Fashion, FMCG, or high-volume product logistics.
  • Excellent time management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (desired).
