Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the coordination of purchase orders and supplier communication for a leading fashion brand. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing product lines, stock orders, and ensuring seamless communication with suppliers.

This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and effective time management skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate records of product lines and stock orders.
  • Assist in range development, including managing shipping schedules and associated administration tasks.
  • Coordinate sample management for online, marketing shoots, and visual merchandising handovers.
  • Support the Product Manager in competitor and market trend analysis.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or passion for Fashion Merchandising or Buying.
  • Experience as a Supply Coordinator or in an administrative role within a buying/product team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess Adobe Illustrator skills.
  • Able to work autonomously with great attention to detail.
