Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Oversee the internal team in the execution of performance marketing channels, particularly Paid Search, Shopping & Product Feeds across their allocated client sets.">
  • Quality control of implementation to ensure allocated clients are following best in class practices, not just including channel implementation but additional processes such as forecasting and budget management.">
  • Help problem solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs.">
  • Assist the Performance Director to develop Pattern's performance marketing product offering in line with best in class, and setting the standard for best practice implementation across new and emerging channels.">
  • Manage a team of junior performance marketers who carry out the implementation and execution of performance marketing channels.">
