Growth Marketing Lead

About the Role

The Growth Marketing Lead will oversee the end-to-end performance of our Paid Search and Affiliates strategy across global markets. This role requires hands-on experience in Paid Search, Affiliate marketing, and Shopping campaigns, with a strong background in ecommerce.

  • Develop and implement a global Paid Search and Affiliates performance strategy
  • Leverage data analysis to drive campaign optimisation and scale
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance feeds and visibility
  • Mentor junior team members for effective channel execution
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive measurable results across revenue, ROAS, and CPA
  • Leverage business KPIs to inform campaign launches and optimisations
  • Deliver weekly reporting and actionable insights
  • Explore new affiliate opportunities and negotiate rates
About You
