About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to partner with clients and internal teams to design impactful solutions that drive business growth and success.

This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and collaboration, with a strong understanding of system architecture and software delivery methodologies.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Estimate and design delivery plans based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to design, document, and implement solutions that align with project and business goals.
  • Lead technical presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase solution designs and capabilities.
  • Provide guidance during implementations, ensuring quality and alignment with best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and insights to our clients and teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Salesforce or cloud-based technologies is highly regarded.
  • A collaborative, adaptive mindset — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex challenges.
