**Requirements**:
**The Purpose**:
As a Technology Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business strategy. Your expertise will drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. You'll collaborate closely with senior management, business units, and technology teams to align technology investment with business goals.

**Primary Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Engagement**
- Facilitates the engagement of stakeholders in support of the delivery of services and change projects acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating relationships between them.
- Gain insights into current business issues, objectives and expectations related to information technology including service and project portfolio delivery.
- **Stakeholder Partnership**
- Work with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery of IT services and solutions facilitated by transparent communication and collaboration.
- Provide support for IT service management incidents to improve service resiliency and performance.
- **Strategic Alignment**
- Work closely with business units to identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and process improvement.
- Support the delivery of the technology roadmap to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- **Solution Advisory**
- Provide expert guidance on technology trends, best practices, and emerging solutions relevant to financial services.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management.

**We'd love to hear from you if have**:

- 5 years + experience in technology or similar fields.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and be recognised as a 'trusted partner'.
- Working knowledge of cloud services including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
- Strategic Relationship Management and Strategic Thinking.
- Knowledge of IT governance and management frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or Prince2.
- Identifies the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups. Translates communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables.
- Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders
- Builds long term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external)
- Facilitates the engagement of stakeholders in support of the delivery of services and change projects.
