Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing client relationships with a focus on retention and renewals
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through new features and services
  • Lead clients through cloud migration and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to support account strategies
  • Understand the needs of healthcare professionals and provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to drive product adoption
  • Maintain accurate account records and pipeline updates in CRM
Requirements
  • Experience in SaaS account management or customer success, ideally in healthcare or practice management software
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of up-selling or cross-selling
  • Comfortable working with clinical stakeholders, including doctors and practice managers
  • Confident, professional communicator with a consultative approach
  • Able to navigate complex sales cycles with deal sizes of $30–$35k+
