
Strategic Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our product.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of our product.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute tailored success plans, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges or concerns.
- Conduct regular health checks on client accounts, quarterly business reviews to assess progress, and address any areas for improvement.
- Be the voice of your customer - act as a problem solver and advocate, addressing concerns or needs with innovative solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful resolution of client needs.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, make recommendations, and develop account plans for usage improvements.
