We are seeking a seasoned relationship builder to join our team as a Client Success Advocate.

This key role involves fostering strong, long-lasting connections with clients to drive growth and retention through enhanced product utilization, user loyalty, and satisfaction.

  1. Drive revenue expansion and client loyalty by identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing onboarding, training, administration, licensing, and support.
  3. Provide valuable insights to clients through data analysis and interpretation, empowering informed decision-making.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and maximize client value.

Prior experience in a related field, such as technical sales, account management, or a similar role, is essential.

A background in geotechnical solutions and working with civil or environmental sector clients is highly desirable.
